1. About Staryou

Staryou is a creator personality discovery platform that helps young Nigerians identify their influence type through our proprietary SHINE framework. We offer a free personality assessment and a paid Pro profile upgrade.

2. Our Services

Free Service: Any user may complete the Staryou quiz and receive their free archetype result at no cost.

Pro Service: Users may pay a one-time fee of ₦3,000 to unlock their full Star Profile, which includes detailed creator guidance, roadmaps, and strategies specific to their archetype.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions. Your Pro profile unlock is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your Pro profile. To request a refund, contact us at staryousupport@gmail.com with your payment reference number.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Staryou — including the SHINE framework, archetype descriptions, and all written copy — is the intellectual property of Staryou and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Staryou only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to circumvent our payment system or access Pro content without completing a valid payment.

7. Disclaimer

Staryou provides personality and creator guidance for informational and educational purposes only. Results are based on self-reported quiz answers and are not guaranteed to be accurate for every individual.

8. Limitation of Liability

Staryou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
