About

Influence doesn't discriminate.

Staryou exists because we believe influence doesn't belong to only the privileged, the popular, or the people who were given a head start. It belongs to the dreamer in Lagos who has been creating in their head for years but never had a map. It belongs to the young person in Kano who has something powerful to say but doesn't know where to start.

About 600,000 young Nigerians graduate every year. Nearly half will not find work that matches what they trained for. Not because they lack ability — because the number of people coming out the door has grown faster than the number of doors waiting to receive them. At the same time, the digital and creator economy is creating new pathways for young people to build influence, income and impact.

By democratizing influence, Staryou will not only help reduce youth unemployment and promote self-employment, but also amplify young Nigerian voices and contribute to building a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving Nigerian creator economy.

We built this from inside the culture — not for it, not adapted to it. The 13 archetypes, the SHINE Framework™, the questions, the words on every screen — all of it was built to look a young Nigerian in the eye and say: you were built for this.

Our Mission

To democratize influence and promote self-employment among Nigerian Youth.

Our Vision

To raise 10 million Staryouth by 2036 — young Nigerians who use their influence to create, earn, lead, and innovate.

This is not a quiz. It's a launchpad. We don't tell you who you are. We tell you who you're becoming.
