Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Staryou, we stand behind the quality of our Pro profiles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request it within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • You have not found value in your Pro profile content.

We do not require you to explain or justify your refund request.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at staryousupport@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address used for payment
  • Your Paystack payment reference number

We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Cancellations

Staryou Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel. You pay once and your Pro profile is yours permanently.
